Pro-life a) Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
Yes b) Do you support legalizing abortion when the pregnancy resulted from incest or rape?
Yes c) Do you support the prohibition of public funds for organizations that perform abortions?
I am compassionately pro-life. I am not ?okay? with abortion in general. I understand in certain circumstances compassion for the mother, child, and situation, should be considered. It is a medical decision when a pregnancy would otherwise likely result in the death of the mother. I am absolutely opposed to abortion past the first trimester - up to 12 weeks in any situation.
Yes a) In order to balance the budget, do you support reducing state employee salaries AND/OR pensions?
No b) Do you support raising taxes on any income or on any entity, to promote economic growth?
While I support economic growth, I believe there are ways to promote growth without just raising taxes unilaterally. We need to identify the areas that make the most sense while still allowing for economic growth. Fiscal responsibility is of highest importance to me. I want to stress it's not appropriate to raise taxes just because of overspending or irresponsibility.

My profession and board involvement speaks to my dedication to find solutions for those who have committed non-violent crimes. I look for individuals who can show true ability to make changes through rehabilitative services. My involvement on numerous boards demonstrates my desire to encourage change with oversight and accountability. Access to mental health and addiction treatment are at the core of healthier societies. Rural health care access is at the heart of my campaign. We need law enforcement as our frontline addressing crime and holding individuals accountable for their actions.

I support agriculture and farming: We need to support our economy by "Buying Local" to sustain our small towns. We need to give those in rural areas comparable opportunities as urban businesses. We need strong internet and telecommunication capabilities to improve efficiency and services. Conservative Educational Decisions: I oppose Critical Race Theory, Sex Education prior to 7th grade, and Anti-American propaganda in the school system. I support parental involvement in educational policies. I expect our schools to teach basic and advanced curriculum and protect our children. Teachers or administrators should not pass on their own personal or political agendas.
Address rural healthcare shortage: This priority can be developed by using innovative methods within our existing and pending workforce by cross training our existing workforce and trusting our providers across the professions.
